Immigration Assistant

Job Functions:

  1. Handle the documentation and compilation of all visas and permits assigned ,for filing with the relevant government agencies.
  2. Provide the documentary requirements and estimated timelines for assigned expatriates.
  3. Update the visa tracker on a daily basis.
  4. Manage the notarization and compilation of application documents.
  5. Draft cover letters on behalf of SyCip for submission to the appropriate government agencies.
  6. Provide timely email updates to clients regarding the status of applications, approved permits, and visa issuances.
  7. Send notices to clients regarding the expiry dates of visas, permits, tourist visas, and ACR I-Cards.
  8. Assist during hearings by handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and liaising with clients and lawyers.
  9. Address client inquiries via phone or email.
  10. Assist clients with immigration-related questions over the phone.
  11. Follow up on deposit requests from certain clients.
  12. Perform other tasks within the department as assigned.

Qualification Guides:

  1. Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  2. Relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
