Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration
- Manage employee relations, handle concerns professionally, and maintain a harmonious workplace
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and government-mandated compliance
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and standards
- Support performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS accuracy
- Coordinate training programs and succession planning
- Advise management on HR best practices, workforce trends, and organizational improvements
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal company policy
- Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership, discretion, and integrity
- HRIS experience is an advantage
- HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, PHRi) are a plus
