Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts farm trails of new products, trial updates and on-site farm trainings
  • Supervises and coordinates farm activities of workers and facilities during trials
  • Examines management practices in farms and recommends improvements or provides support to farm owners
  • Gathers, processes, monitors, and presents data on the effectiveness of company products
  • Creates comprehensive product and farm reports
  • Provides technical sales support to field personnel, such as Territory Sales Managers and Technical Managers
  • Communicates and maintains a close relationship with the clientele

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Agribusiness Management, Animal Science, Medical Science, Agriculture, or the equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience ideally in the Animal Health Industry
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent communication (both oral and written), analytical, interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
  • Must have excellent data-gathering and problem-solving skills
  • Must be patient, flexible, reliable, and persuasive
  • Must be detail-oriented and hard-working
  • Must be willing to work extended hours
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to travel
