Qualification

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy / any Accountancy related course or at least BS Accounting Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office specially in Excel
  • Preferably with any accounting software experience
  • Preferably with at least 1 - 2 year experience
  • Must be proactive and willing to be reassigned if necessary
  • Able to multi-task and perform work effectively

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliation statements to ensure that cash balances in the general ledger agree with bank statement balances
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve any discrepancies between book balances and bank balances
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines and policies around cash processes
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to management
  • Prevent and correct errors that may result in unaccounted differences in cash balances
  • Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation reports for audit and compliance purposes
  • Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen internal controls over cash and reconciliation processes
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill
