Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts.
  • Match transactions between bank statements and internal accounting records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unusual transactions.
  • Post necessary journal entries related to bank charges, interest, and corrections.
  • Ensure timely reporting of reconciled accounts to the finance team.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Support audits by preparing reconciliation documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain and update reconciliation templates and tracking sheets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and banking partners to resolve transaction issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting or bank reconciliation.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
