Job Descriptions

Main purpose of the job

  • To retain, upsell, and/or cross-sell Beer52 products to subscribers

Responsibilities and duties

  • Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
  • Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols
  • Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
  • Attend cross-trainings and upskilling
