About the role

The Isabelle Hotel in Naga City, Camarines Sur is seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant / Pool Attendant to join their hospitality team. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's public spaces and pool area, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and visually pleasing experience throughout their stay.

What you'll be doing

  • Regularly clean and tidy all public areas including lobbies, corridors, function rooms, and amenities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's swimming pool and surrounding deck area
  • Restock and replenish supplies in public restrooms as needed
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team
  • Assist with any ad-hoc cleaning or housekeeping duties as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all hotel guests

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or public area attendant role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Good customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Physical fitness and stamina to carry out duties involving regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays
