Job Mission/Objective Responsible for the regulatory compliance and registration of company’s products and business activities with the government regulatory agencies. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for processing of permits, licenses, clearances and other authorizations related to the importation, distribution and retail. Also, monitor and set timelines for variation and renewal application. Prepare and submit the registration documents and other requirements for product permit and registration to the health authorities and ensure its correctness and compliance to merit the approval. Responsible in conducting the follow-ups on the regulatory applications to ensure the timely release of the approval of the relevant government agencies. Coordinate with the supplier/vendor for the required documents, product labels/markings, process and method that are necessary to the importation and distribution of all product categories. Undertake and manage during visit and/ or audit of the government officers. Ensure that all documents are ready, office and warehouse are in order. Update the management/department of any new guidelines or rulings implemented/issued by the relevant government agencies pertaining to the importation/distribution/retail activities and to all product categories. Represent the company in relevant government forums/meetings and attend to trainings/seminars to keep abreast of changes in rules and regulation matters. Establish and maintain a tracking monitoring system for all licenses, permits, clearance and registration for the Regulatory Department common reference Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in the field of allied health courses and other food related courses.
