A detail-oriented and analytical individual with experience in product research, customer support, and documentation management. Ideally, experience in the gaming or live studio industry to enhance the ability to address product and client needs accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support (24/7): Provide comprehensive, round-the-clock client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues within SLA standards.
  • Issue Investigation & Resolution: Analyze product issues and provide timely feedback and solutions to clients.
  • Product Research: Conduct research on game products to identify features, suggest improvements, and uncover development opportunities.
  • Product Requirements Documentation: Gather and document product requirements based on research, client feedback, and business needs.
  • Product Monitoring: Support operational monitoring of products, ensuring performance consistency and quickly addressing any concerns.
  • Incident Coordination: Serve as the primary contact during incidents, managing escalations and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution. Document incident details, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Gather, manage, and export data independently to support investigations, demonstrate improvements, and identify areas for enhancement. Leverage data as proof of improvement and drive continuous product optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in studio monitoring, business data management, or product documentation.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience in the gaming or live studio industry is an advantage.
