Job description

As a Stockman / Assembler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing merchandise, and assembling and disassembling various types of furniture products to customers in our showroom. You will work closely with our inventory management team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, and meet quality standards to provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect merchandise upon delivery to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Store and organize merchandise in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Issue merchandise to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assemble and disassemble furniture products according to product specifications and quality standards
  • Follow instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly of products
  • Inspect products for defects and damage before and after assembly
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with products or materials
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with inventory management team to identify and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma / College undergrad or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
