Self‑paced training and certifications Work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. What You'll Do Level 1 SOC Analyst Monitor security alerts and events using advanced analytics tools. Perform initial incident qualification and upscale critical issues to Level 2 SOC Analysts. Acknowledge, analyze, and validate incidents from various sources, including SIEM alerts. Ensure timely response to security incidents within 60 minutes. Understand and interpret logs from various sources such as firewalls, IDS, Windows DC, network appliances, and AV/antimalware software. Adapt to shift work for continuous monitoring. Qualifications 1 year of experience in NOC/SOC operations or relevant IT experience; high‑potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of networking and endpoint security tools like SentinelOne. Familiarity with remote desktop access, communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook), and language translation tools like DeepL. Strong communication, coordination, and time‑management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with endpoint protection solutions like SentinelOne. Familiarity with incident response roles and security operations. Basic understanding of programming languages like Python. Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication.
