IT - Project Management Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.


• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


• Resource Management: Allocate resources, including team members and third-party contractors, to ensure projects are completed on

time and within budget.


• Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.


• Scheduling: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.


• Monitoring: Track project milestones and deliverables, and develop progress reports.


• Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.


• Team Leadership: Supervise project team members and contractors.


• Post-Project Review: Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project

elements.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree required; graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science or any related course


• 5-8 years experience in project management, especially on major projects


• PMP, Prince2, CSM, PSM and other project management related certification is a plus


• Knowledge and experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, among others.


• Proven leadership skills


• Expertise in conflict resolution and stakeholder management


• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability


• Proficiency on using project management tools including but not limited to MS Project, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
