  • With experience in managing commercials building and tenants.
  • Good negotiation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities related to the operations of commercial building.
  • Monitors contract, renewals, payments and activities of tenants.
  • Reports to maintenance personnel if there are any repairs needed.
  • May from time-to-time travel to other areas for viewing purposes.
