Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Crystal Administrator with deep experience in managing Crystal Reports environments. This role involves server administration, report deployment, user access control, and software upgrades in a complex enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and report access
  • Set up authentication methods (Windows AD or database-based)
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements
  • Create, deploy, and optimize Crystal Reports
  • Schedule and automate report distribution
  • Install, configure, and monitor Crystal Reports Server
  • Troubleshoot server issues and ensure high availability
  • Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery procedures
  • Train users on report creation and scheduling
  • Provide technical support and resolve report-related issues
  • Apply software patches and manage version upgrades

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in Crystal Administration
  • Strong background in server, product, and infrastructure management
  • Experience with software upgrades, migrations, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with InfoVerse is a plus
