, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Accounting Clerk
to join their growing Finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-scaling, purpose-driven beauty company recognised globally for its clean, wellness-based approach to hair and scalp care. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations, particularly in accounts payable and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process invoices, matching them to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organised accounts payable records for audit and compliance.
  • Liaise directly with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Track and match daily cash transactions in the ERP system.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
  • Support month-end processes including light journal entries.
  • Collaborate with the broader finance team to drive process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • 1–3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong proficiency in
    ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
    and
    advanced Excel skills
    .
  • Outstanding
    English written and verbal communication
    — essential for working across global teams and with external vendors.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
