Finance Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Finance Related Course.

JOB SUMMARY:

Develops and implements activities relating to account and relationship management to ensure top level service provided to customers.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Supports Energy Sourcing processes by:

a) Consolidating daily and monthly meter data of contestable customers;

b) Downloading and monitoring of Independent Market Operator (IEMOP) reports;

II. Assists in Billing activities by:

a. Encoding and verifying monthly meter readings;

b. Validating of purchased power bills from power suppliers and IEMOP;

c. Preparing, calculating, and generating the customers' billing;

d. Sorting and printing the customers' billing.

IV. Accomplishes and compiles various financial reports.
