The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all shipment-related activities, ensuring smooth documentation and payment processing, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, forwarders, brokers, and the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Shipments – Track ongoing and incoming shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Forwarders, and Brokers – Facilitate communication to resolve issues and align on schedules.
  • Ensure Proper Documentation – Verify and secure shipping, customs, and delivery documents.
  • Request Payments – Prepare and follow up on payments needed for suppliers, forwarders, and brokers.
  • Coordinate with Operations Team – Work with operations to ensure timely inbounding and release of shipments.
  • ERP Management – Encode and ensure all shipments are properly reflected in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance process.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office especially MS Excel.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
