About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our team at Uni-Soft' in Plaridel Bulacan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. As an Office Staff, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties that are essential to the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventory
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and greeting visitors
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and other office-related activities
- Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handling any other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
