This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Nurse, responsible for overseeing the company's health programs and processes. The Corporate Nurse ensures that employees are in good health and working conditions and assists the HR Department with HR-related functions as needed.

● Conduct pre-employment medical exams and health assessments to ensure job fitness.
● Maintain and update employee health and immunization records.
● Provide first aid and immediate medical care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
● Refer employees to hospitals when necessary.
● Implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
● Participate in emergency response planning and safety drills.
● Coordinate with HR and HMO providers on employee health concerns.
● Process SSS sickness claims and PhilHealth notifications.
● Update the health bulletin board with current health advisories.
● Manage medical and office supply inventory.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
This role is a great fit for you if you have:
● Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
● Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
● Minimum of one year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
● Proficient in first aid and basic medical care.
● Willing to be assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan.
