We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Operations & Expansion Manager to support and lead our growing restaurant business. This role is ideal for a professional with strong restaurant operations experience and a proven background in restaurant expansion and new store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front and back of house
- Lead the planning, setup, and opening of new restaurant locations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams during expansion projects
- Support restaurant managers through training, coaching, and performance guidance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and operational standards
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant operations and restaurant expansion or multi-unit management
- Hands-on experience opening and scaling restaurant locations
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to support new openings and operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱90,000 (negotiable based on experience and expansion track record)
- Performance-based incentives may be offered
- 13th-month pay and government-mandated benefits
- Additional allowances and benefits to be discussed during the hiring process
