Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated
Project Engineer
to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring delivery
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
. The Project Engineer will serve as the link between project design and construction activities, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site project operations and ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, budget, and schedules to meet project milestones.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (required).
  • Experience:
    3–5 years in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Certifications:
    Optional but advantageous (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Understanding of surveying methods and equipment.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for accurate measurements and assessments.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Precise and methodical approach to project management.
