Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and service quality of the F&B department. This includes managing restaurants, bars, catering, and other F&B outlets; ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards; driving revenue growth; controlling costs; and leading a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Operational Management – Develop and implement F&B strategies; oversee daily operations; plan menus/promotions; ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Financial Management – Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; analyze sales to drive profitability; monitor inventory, procurement, and waste reduction.
  • Customer Service & Quality Assurance – Deliver consistent guest satisfaction; address concerns promptly; monitor and improve service quality.
  • People Management – Lead, train, and mentor staff; manage schedules and resources; conduct performance reviews; promote teamwork, discipline, and service excellence.
  • Business Development & Innovation – Track market trends and competitors; introduce new concepts and events; build supplier/vendor partnerships.
  • Compliance & Standards – Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and food safety requirements; maintain hygiene standards; safeguard assets and support sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large restaurants.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
