Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor at our resort and beach hotel oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and other dining outlets to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. They coordinate staff, maintain quality standards, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. The supervisor plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the guest experience, and supporting the overall success of the food and beverage team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a resort, hotel, or hospitality environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and beverage service procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
