General Function:

The Customer Development Specialist for SMMT (Small & Medium Modern Trade) is primarily responsible for managing over-all Direct Accounts assigned to Him/ Her, ensuring that Annual Business Plan/s (ABP) are achieved on per Account. He/She ensures the achievement of the business objectives through regular engagement/visits of Accounts' head offices, branches & Distribution Center warehouses, proper trade inventory management, product distribution, and retail task execution. He/she monitors and controls the Accounts' performance in terms of Account development, Revenue generation, Accounts Receivable Management, Bad Orders (BO), and management of selling expense.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • College graduate major in Business Management, Marketing or other related field.
  • 3 - 5 years relevant selling experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Based in South Luzon Area
