E-commerce Operations Specialist

1.Manage and optimize the operation of brand official stores on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee), including product listing, detail page optimization, and price management.
2.Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including platform mega-sales (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), flash sales, and coupon promotions, to drive e-commerce traffic and conversion.
3.Develop and launch social media advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads), and leverage KOL/KOC collaborations, community marketing (e.g., Facebook Groups, Telegram), and other methods for traffic acquisition and brand building.
3.Monitor daily store key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, average order value, etc.), regularly generate analytical reports, and optimize operational strategies and marketing plans based on data insights.
4.Continuously track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the Philippine e-cigarette industry, providing insights to support business decisions.
5.Collaborate closely with product, supply chain, logistics, design, and customer service teams to ensure smooth product supply, marketing material readiness, and logistics experience, while providing high-quality customer support and after-sales service to maintain store ratings and brand reputation.
