The Accounting Staff plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for deployed personnel across client accounts. This position requires close coordination with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to validate billing data, manage receivables, and maintain financial integrity.

Main Duties :

  • Create invoices based on headcount, contracts, and attendance.
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll to match billing with actual deployment.
  • Follow up on payments and update collection reports.
  • Keep records of invoices, payments, and contracts.
  • Prepare monthly billing and collection summaries.
  • Help improve billing processes and suggest better ways to work.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course.
  • 1–3 years experience in billing or accounting (preferably in staffing or service industry).
  • Knows how to use accounting software and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and good at organizing data.
  • Can work with different teams and meet deadlines.
