Job Description

The HR Generalist manages the company's core HR systems and compliance framework.

This role ensures disciplined performance management, proper documentation, legal compliance, and structured HR processes that protect both the company and employees.

The HR Generalist is the engine behind HR operations.

Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage the company's performance evaluation system
  • Monitor KPIs and probationary employee performance
  • Coordinate regular reviews with department heads
  • Support promotions, terminations, and improvement plansEmployee Discipline &

Case Management

  • Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and other disciplinary documents
  • Coordinate with management on Notices of Decision (NOD) and corrective actions
  • Maintain case files and ensure proper documentation flow
  • Track offenses, sanctions, and compliance with company policy

HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all employee records are complete, accurate, and updated
  • Oversee compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE requirements
  • Manage employment contracts, job offers, and HR files
  • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Standardize HR forms, procedures, and documentation
  • Improve HR workflows and internal controls
  • Generate HR reports for management (turnover, attendance, discipline, performance)

Must Have Qualifications

Education – BS in HR, Psychology, other related degrees

Experience

  • 2+ years experience in HR Generalist or similar role
  • Proven experience handling employee discipline and performance management

Hard Skills

  • Comfortable using computers, modern technology and softwares

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized with excellent documentation and follow-through
  • High integrity and confidentiality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Firm and confident in enforcing company policies and procedures, setting professional boundaries

Nice To Have Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-branch or retail operations
  • Experience drafting policies and employee handbooks
  • Familiarity with DOLE processes and labor cases
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
