Facebook Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing – Multi-Vertical)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising across multiple business models and verticals, including eCommerce products, home services (Superiora), water purification, SaaS platforms, gaming projects, info products, and subscription-based businesses.

This role requires a performance marketer who understands how Meta Ads strategy changes by product type, funnel structure, and monetization model — from physical product checkouts to recurring subscriptions and digital product funnels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands and verticals
  • Build and manage campaigns for:
  • E-commerce products (physical goods, DTC, Shopify-based funnels)
  • Lead generation and booked calls (home services)
  • Info product funnels (VSLs, quizzes, webinars)
  • Subscription and recurring-revenue businesses
  • SaaS and gaming user acquisition
  • Structure accounts using proven frameworks (CBO, ABO, Advantage+, ASC where appropriate)
  • Develop and execute creative testing strategies for product-based and funnel-based offers
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPA, ROAS, or CAC:LTV ratios
  • Monitor performance and diagnose issues related to creative fatigue, audience saturation, or tracking
  • Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom events, and offline conversions
  • Coordinate with creative, funnel, and product teams to align messaging, offers, and creatives
  • Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience managing conversion-focused Meta Ads campaigns
  • Hands-on eCommerce advertising experience (physical products, DTC, Shopify or equivalent)
  • Experience advertising info products (courses, coaching, digital products)
  • Experience with subscription-based or recurring-revenue businesses
  • Experience across multiple verticals, including at least two of the following:

  • Home services (appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC)

  • Water purification or filtration products
  • SaaS products
  • Gaming or digital products.

Strong understanding of:

  • Full-funnel Meta Ads strategy
  • Retargeting and lifecycle marketing
  • Budget pacing and scaling logic
  • Ability to analyze performance using CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, AOV, and funnel conversion rates

  • Subscriptions vs one-time purchases
  • SaaS vs local services
  • How to build and test creatives at scale across different offer types
  • How to diagnose and recover underperforming campaigns
  • How to manage multiple ad accounts or projects simultaneously
  • Training on Meta Ads fundamentals will not be provided. This role requires advanced, hands-on experience.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Candidates without direct Meta Ads management experience
  • Marketers focused only on awareness or boosted posts
  • Specialists limited to a single business model
  • Candidates uncomfortable being accountable for revenue, retention, and scaling metrics

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Cost per acquisition or cost per lead
  • Return on ad spend and contribution margin
  • CAC:LTV efficiency for subscriptions
  • Conversion volume, quality, and stability
  • Ability to scale spend without performance degradation

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid practical assessment, which may include:

  • Auditing a Meta Ads account covering eCommerce and funnels
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks
  • Proposing creative, structural, and targeting improvements
  • Outlining a short-term scaling or recovery plan

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and performance and may include:

  • Competitive base salary or monthly retainer
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Long-term growth opportunities across multiple brands and products
