Property and Right of Use Acquisition Specialist

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and organize ROW and property acquisition documents

Scan, file, and archive legal and technical documents

Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and presentations

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and accessibility of documentation for approvals, audits, and recordkeeping

Assist in the acquisition of lots and right-of-way for infrastructure projects

Coordinate with landowners, LGUs, and government agencies

Conduct site inspections and land validation

Performs other related tasks as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Work Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, or related field

· Preferably with experience in ROW acquisition, negotiation, and documentation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Proficient in English
