Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our distribution operations, ensuring the company's financial health, and driving financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Budget Management

  • Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify and address variances between actual and projected figures.

Cost Control & Efficiency

  • Implement cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments.
  • Streamline financial processes and systems for greater efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage internal controls and oversee financial risk management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

ERP Implementation

  • Lead and manage the implementation of a new ERP system.
  • Assess and recommend system improvements for operational efficiency.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the FMCG or distribution industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
