FINANCE OFFICER

Location: Bagong Ilog Pasig City

We are looking for a highly-analytical and experienced Finance Officer who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring the organization's financial stability through analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This position will report to the top management and will work closely with other business leaders to ensure the company's financial success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting

  • A solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

  • 5 to 10 years' experience in Accounting and Finance

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., XERO) and Google Sheets

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and can work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide overall support to the Finance team handling General Accounting, Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliances (BIR, SEC, etc.).

  • Handles financial month-end closing such as accrual of revenues and costs, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis

  • Handles Financial & BIR Audit queries and assist in the preparation and reconciliation of audit schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
