Job Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Required Skills:
● Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
● Problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business reporting tools.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Required Work Experience:
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management, account management, or a related field.
● Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or delivery services is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
● Knowledge of local markets and routes.
● Ability to travel within assigned territories.
● Proven track record in achieving business KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Freelance Rider Lineup:
● Oversee the freelance rider lineup within the assigned territory, which is composed of 3-4 regional business units (RBUs) including the GRID Project.
● Activation,Reactivation and Deactivation of new riders to make sure that they have complete requirements thru Provider (Rider) System Portal
● Ensure that the availability of freelance riders aligns with the demand for deliveries, and there are no service gaps.
● Clearly communicate the freelance nature of the riders' roles, emphasizing that there is no employee-employer relationship with Rapidoo.
- Lead Area Coordinators/Customer Support Specialists:
● Supervise and guide Area Coordinators/Customer Support Specialists in their daily activities, ensuring they meet performance KPIs related to rider management.
● Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training to help the team achieve operational goals.
- Business Development:
● Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities within assigned accounts by activating or reactivating stores and establishing new partnerships.
● Regularly communicate with merchants to understand their needs and challenges, seeking ways to enhance their experience with Rapidoo.
- Assist with Operational Challenges:
● Work closely with stores to address and resolve any operational challenges they face when using the Rapidoo platform, ensuring smooth interactions between merchants, riders, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams:
● Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and IT to continuously improve the customer experience and streamline processes for merchants and riders.
● Provide feedback to these teams based on merchant needs and operational issues to help refine Rapidoo's service offerings.
- Training & Development:
● Conduct regular training for Area Coordinators/Customer Support Specialists to improve their skills in customer service, rider management, and operational efficiency.
● Mentor and develop new talent within the team, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis:
● Prepare and present reports to the Senior Business Account Officer,BAM, COO and President highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and growth opportunities.
● Use data and analytics to drive improvements in operational processes, service quality, and rider efficiency.
- Other Task Assigned by Management
● Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management, ensuring that they align with Rapidoo's overall objectives.
Day to Day Activities:
- Monitor the performance of freelance riders and Area Coordinators/Customer Support Specialists in assigned territories.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of rider availability to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct meetings with merchants and internal teams to address challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that all teams are aligned with Rapidoo's overall business objectives and key results.
- Provide training and support to Customer Support Specialists to enhance their problem-solving skills and improve customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
