ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Assistant is responsible in assisting the day-to-day operation and in the overall performance of the Treasury Department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service to all end-users.


• Recording in SAP of advances for liquidation, reimbursements, allowances and other unrecorded transactions disbursed thru online banking

• Maintain and monitoring of advances for liquidation and ensure timely liquidation and recording

•Analysis and reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts pertaining to advances to employees, prepaid expenses, government premiums and taxes

•Other treasury tasks that will be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS


•Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any business related course.

•At least 1 year of work experience in general accounting and background in taxation

•Familiarity with standard software applications including MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and other office productivity tools.

•Analytical Skills

•Good oral and written English communication skills
