Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that support operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on logistics performance, cost, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as customs and trade compliance requirements.
  • Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.
  • Lead, mentor, and train logistics staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize logistics software and ERP systems to optimize inventory and transportation planning.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Handle escalations related to delivery issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems, ERP software, and supply chain analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
