Branch clerk

Position Title: Logistic staff

• At least 2nd year college or graduate of 2-year course.
• With at least 6 months related experience preferred.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle telephone calls promptly and appropriately.
• Assign and guide sprinters for pick-up, delivery, and re-delivery tasks.
• Monitor packages, ensure correct labeling, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Inspect pick-up, arrival scans, sorting, RTS packages, and prioritize pending deliveries.
• Oversee processing of damaged, headless, or suspicious parcels under CCTV monitoring.
• Ensure branch cleanliness, proper functioning of equipment, and control of supplies.
• Check and maintain CCTV daily to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure operational truck schedules are followed and coordinate with Admin as needed.
• Perform ad hoc tasks (HR, Finance, Back Office) and report to Branch Admin TL/Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
