Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will handle advanced financial modeling, support forecasting and budgeting processes, analyze complex financial data, and provide strategic insights that guide business decisions. You'll work extensively with Excel and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely reporting.

Shift: US Night Shift (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience: 5+ years of financial analysis (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations
  • Experience performing moderately complex analyses and building Excel models
  • Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formula creation)
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Preferred: public or corporate accounting background
  • Advantage: experience in TPA finance and familiarity with TPA processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time zone business hours

Your Daily Tasks

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets and financial data, and generate reports for management to support decision-making processes.
  • Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of moderately complex financial information.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Perform routine reconciliation and analysis of data and reporting supplied by third-party entities.
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Utilize independent judgment and discretion to identify trends, variances, and key issues, and provide recommendations for adjustment.
