LMTP Corporation is seeking a talented QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a fulltime QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our aerospace engineering products. What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to meet rigorous industry standards
  2. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of components, assemblies, and finished products to identify and address any defects or non-conformances
  3. Analysing data and generating detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
  5. Participating in the design and development of new products to ensure quality is built-in from the beginning
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the aerospace industry
  3. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  4. Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, and ISO standards
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest levels of quality
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
