  • Primary business contacts for the client & is responsible for client satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolution in the assigned stores
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team
  • Manages multiple store units, preferably foodservice business
  • Conducts post store opening functions such as flow ups and franchise coordination
  • Provides regular two-way communication between client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Prepares detailed reports required by the company about the client's data and all concerns.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicating all offerings to the client to company practices, as well as the terms and conditions indicated in the franchise agreement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge
