The
Methods Officer
shall be responsible in charge of creating detailed policies and procedures manual for the Bank's branches and units, examining procedural workflows, and suggesting system and procedure adjustments to enhance internal control and optimize operational efficiency.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of extensive experience in policies and procedures manual preparation (i.e., data gathering, methods analysis, documentation, development and issuance), specifically in a Bank.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • A bachelor's degree holder in Economics, Finance or any four-year Business Course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Business Writing, Methods Analysis, and Flowchart preparation.
  • Must be willing to work on-site. Office Location: Makati Head Office
