We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer & Product Owner to join our long-term, global client in the finance domain. This is a pivotal role combining product ownership and design leadership. You will act as the final reviewer and quality assurance authority for all solutions produced by the design and development teams-ensuring that every product deliverable meets the highest standards of usability, functionality, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the final reviewer of UX/UI deliverables, ensuring design consistency, usability, and business fit.
  • Lead and support teams in designing enterprise-grade B2B and productivity applications.
  • Act as Product Owner, managing product requirements, prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
  • Prepare and manage Jira tickets for clear and actionable development tracking.
  • Lead refinement meetings to facilitate collaboration, ensure alignment, and maintain progress.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Uphold and advocate enterprise design principles, distinct from consumer-facing design paradigms.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing B2B or productivity-focused applications.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise design principles and systems.
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and task tracking.
  • Ability to lead refinement and sprint meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Working knowledge of the React framework for front-end implementation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and quality assurance skills.
