About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive,

engaging, and visually appealing designs. You'll collaborate closely with our product,

engineering, and marketing teams to design user experiences that delight and drive

results.

What You'll Do

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our user experiences and

visual identity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that

are both beautiful and functional.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Maintaining and improving the company's design system and visual standards.
  • Testing and refining designs based on feedback and usability data.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent visual design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with motion design, animation, or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php38, Php67,000.00 per month
