Position Title: Benefits Administration Services Associate (Agent)

Account: HR/ Human Capital Solutions

LOBs: 100 % voice (inbound calls)

Salary offer: 18k Php basic salary + 15% night differential pay + 15% performance-based incentives

Employment type: Full-time temporary/ Contractual

Work location: One E-com MOA Complex, Pasay (ONSITE)

Work schedule: Night shift

Target Start Date: Aug 2025 onwards

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in BPO/ call center for at least 6 months.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English.

  • Good comprehension and critical thinking.

  • Attained at least 2nd year College or Senior Highschool Graduate. Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, or other business management-related courses is an advantage.

  • can accept project-based employment/ contractual (with the possibility of getting absorbed depending on performance).

As an Benefits Administration Services Associate you are expected to perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:

  • Improves participant decision-making process by advising participants on plan provisions.

  • Responds to client-specific inquiries, including telephone and web correspondence.

  • Completes transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision.

  • Meets timeliness and accuracy standards.

  • Documents calls by creating detailed notes in the case management system.

  • Completes callbacks in a timely manner and escalates as appropriate.

  • Adheres to call center metrics and guidelines within established procedures.

  • Explains the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.
