
Sales Admin Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities.
· Prepare, process, and monitor sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
· Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts for compliance and audit purposes.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of documents required by FDA, DOH, and other regulatory agencies related to sales and distribution.
· Ensure that all marketing and sales materials comply with pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
· Coordinate with logistics, finance, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper documentation.
· Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordinate with sales representatives for resolution.
· Track sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales performance for management.
· Support internal and external audits related to sales and regulatory compliance.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Regulatory Officer.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, regulatory, or related support functions (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry).
· Knowledge of FDA and DOH documentation requirements is an advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Fresh graduates may also be considered if with strong organizational and administrative skills.
