Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Oriental Consultants Philippines Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱2,400,000 per year

Task and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the requirements of bonds and insurances

  2. Assist in the preparation of correspondence/s to clients and third parties, resolving issues, and recommending actions related to the contract that are necessary to protect the interests of the project and the company

  3. Prepare reports as necessary related to the contract execution and other issues related to the project

  4. Reviews plans, specifications, and other bid documents received

  5. Prepares material and quantity take-off

  6. Outsourced prices from subcontractors and suppliers

  7. Evaluated proposals from subcontractors and suppliers

  8. Attends pre-bid meetings and/or site inspection

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A graduate of Civil Engineering

  1. With at least (5) years of professional experience; three (3) years of experience in sales or a similar role

  2. Experience in a consultancy or construction firm

  3. Must have experience in coordination and liking working with potential clients, various Government Agencies, or Local Government Offices

  4. Must have FIDIC Training

  5. Must have the ability to work independently and with the team, including multitasking; keen on details
