Position Summary

The Team Leader (TL) is responsible for managing a team of data annotators, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, with high quality, and in accordance with project guidelines. The TL also provides essential guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to support stable and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:


•Manage and supervise the daily activities of Data Annotators to ensure quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.


•Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, addressing questions and supporting their long-term development.


•Monitor team KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure volume and quality targets are consistently met.


•Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure annotation outputs meet defined standards and guidelines.


•Ensure team compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and data security requirements at all times.

Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of team management experience, preferably in data annotation, content moderation, or operations.


•Strong learning ability to quickly understand annotation rules and guide team members.


•Results-oriented mindset, with proven ability to lead teams to achieve productivity and quality targets within deadlines.


•Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating, coaching, and supporting teams in a dynamic project environment.


•Willingness and availability to work onsite as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php46,000.00 per month
