Job Description:

  • Responsible for billing all issued items to customers through withdrawal documents such as sales orders.
  • Prepares delivery trip report (DTR) and cover sheet to reflect list of authorized delivery / pull-out documents before endorsement to traffic & shipping section.
  • Executes posting of customer receipt dates (SAP) and further adjustments in delivery quantities related to discrepancies.
  • Responsible for timely transmittal of delivery / pull-out documents to head office accounting.
  • Performs data gathering and generation of various invoicing reports including but not limited to: below minimum inventory (SAP), un-served stocks per store, transmittal report, liquidation report, etc.

Qualification:

  • Graduate of any four year course, preferably Business course or Accountancy.
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in retail sales, distribution, logistics and/or warehousing environment under fast moving consumer goods sector.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP System
  • Amenable to work Monday to Saturday and shifting schedule
