Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Agent, located in Quezon City, Philippines. The Customer Care Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving concerns efficiently. Other daily responsibilities include active communication with customers, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and fostering positive relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site setting
- Familiarity with the Catholic faith and community is an advantage
