Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented A/R Staff to join our Accounts Receivable (A/R) Team. As an A/R Staff, you will be responsible for recording and monitoring customer payments, issuing invoices and statements, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely collection. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and issue sales invoices and official receipts

Monitor and record customer payments and collections

Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with Sales and clients

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate and organized customer records

Prepare regular A/R reports for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable, finance, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
