Company Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Company Nurse to join our team at Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. in Marilao Bulacan. As the Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care and support to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting a healthy work environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees and customers as needed
2. Administering vaccinations, medications, and other medical interventions as prescribed
3. Conducting health screenings and monitoring the ongoing health of employees
4. Coordinating with external healthcare providers and insurers to ensure seamless medical care
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all medical interventions
6. Promoting health and wellness initiatives within the company
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies

What we're looking for

1. Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar company nurse but fresh graduates are also welcome.
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of general medical and surgical nursing practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and customers
5. Proficient in maintaining detailed medical records and using relevant software
6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Commitment to providing the highest standards of patient care and employee wellbeing
