The Marketing Associate assists the Marketing Team in managing the collateral/merchandising material records and coordinates with other departments for media creative requirements, e.g., event tarpaulins, OD posters, etc. Liaises with internal and external clients for marketing and promotional campaigns.

  1. Maintain and establish information avenues for marketing and promotional campaigns

1.1. Responsible for effectively communicating new services, new product launches, promotions, and campaigns to medical practitioners, medical staff, affiliated institutions, and other potential clients.

1.2. Ensures appropriate and timely implementation of marketing promotions and campaigns to the target market.

1.3. Design programs to foster doctor satisfaction and encourage word-of-mouth marketing to achieve targets.

  1. Advertising and Promotion

2.1. Liaise with advertising agencies, production houses, website management, event planning, and printing companies to support corporate, product, and event initiatives.

2.2. Support the various Healthway QualiMed departments in graphic requirements such as streamers/banners, identification cards, invites, facility signage, handbooks, and others.

2.3. Perform regular ocular visitations to current and potential advertising sites for monitoring and documentation.

  1. Other related functions

4.1. Responsible for periodically reviewing and analyzing workflow systems for immediate action in areas of improvement or inconsistency.

4.2. Provides input in the development or improvement of policies and procedural guidelines.

4.3. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the marketing services manager.

4.4. Practice/compliance with existing company rules, policies, regulations, and agreements.
